Also for me, this is the greatest piece of electronic music ever recorded. It just keeps sending shivers down my spine - over and over and over again. Absolute peace, beauty and harmony yet with that relentless acid edge. I like LTE more than DT in general as well, but that's mostly because I'm just really into instrumentals. And all the LaBrie haters, I'll give you this: he isn't my favorite singer by any means. This is purely my opinion, but I think he sings way higher than he needs to, which in the end is just annoying. But he can be amazing at times, for example in Panic Attack.

Good lord...what a song to open with! Amazing Yow can STILL do this. Saw Yow quite a few times in Chapel Hil and NYC in the late 80s and early 90s, more often in Jesus Lizard. But this song represents the ultimate Yow vehicle. Great clip and amazing to me he's still walking on anything but all fours...

This was a one-time performance they did, at a NAMM musical festival. They weren't a regular band back then (even though 3/4 of them are now) and this was I believe their only live performance (until this past summer). This was just a special performance - no tour - they did for the LTE side project, so yeah they're not as tight as DT. Hell I'm surprised they could even remember all that.
