If the Hawks had played the 2nd and 3rd periods like they did the first, the whole game would have been much more exciting. Though seeing Cleary go flipping over the boards was one of the most rewarding hits I've ever seen. Win or lose, this game was an amazing event to watch, and I'm glad Chicago got to host it.

I personally believe that the Sesame Street back when I was a child (born 1966) to today is very different. They don't focus so much on counting and letters as they used to. Now it relational (which is not all that bad) and 15 mintues of redundent Elmo's World at the end. I liked Grover better anyway. He was silly, especially when he was "Super Grover". But really, does anybody else see it the way I do?

Wow.... that was AWESOME! I love love LOVE Little Richard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His voice was so amazing, and when he started doing that weird but cool leg thing on the piano, I was all, "damn, that man was something else!!!" And for the record, I think this version was the best one that was done! The Beatles' version comes second, though =)

It's a very moving episode; you can tell some of the actors are speaking of their real feelings about Will Lee's death. Nowadays unfortunately it's certain that no children's programming would dare to touch real issues the way Sesame Street did in the past. The decay of PBS programming is a real shame: if I ever have kids I don't think there's even a single show on TV today that provides quality programming for them like PBS used to when I was young.

wow, this tore me up. my dad died earlier this year, and my girls (especially my 7 yr. old) have had a hard time w/ it. i had them sit and watch it. i barely remember this episode, i was 5. the year before i lost my grandpa, and i didn't understand at all. my response was the same as big bird's, "grandpa will be back." then my mom explained it to me much like they did here w/ big bird. then i kinda understood, as much as a 4 yr. old could.
