Feature:
Easy to figure out once you get the hang of creating your patches. The footswitch alone is worth it......but the cord could use an extra 10 feet for those outdoor festival gigs with a big stage.
Quality:
It is built tough, and looks good. Sounds great.....but not enough power.
Value:
If you are comparing heads.....go with something else. This head has the effects.....and that's about it. It is great for studio use....has more than enough outputs....but I would not recommend it for live use.
Sound:
This head has incredible sound.....many combinations of effects to choose from.....all of the elements to tweak out for any sound that you want.....great for studio use.....but for live gigs, it doesn't have the power to push it.
Support:
Never needed it.
Overall:
Bottom line is.......it blows most processors out of the water. I love the sounds you can create.....my only gripe,(and the reason I rate it a 6).....NO POWER. I run a mono line out through a Peavey 412 cab with Sheffields.....and it doesn't have the power to push them. I use it strictly for pre-amp, and line out into a different 100 watt head....which is less than 120 watt mono that this head claims to have.....and it sounds amazing. They should not advertise this as a head....it doesn't have the strength to be worthy of a head that can push 120 watt mono..(2x60 watt stereo).
