Kittinger made this jump, a second attempt, in 1960 and in so doing set a world record. A meteor never disappears because its a material thing but thiss something in another dimension appearing and disappearing quickly into the sky. Its not in the dimension of our eyes n if it does appear its usually bright fast.think if something small like this is called a shooting star and something this big is a meteor then someone is making us stupid.

Yeah when does Edward stand on a bridge.. and why is Victoria at the prom? But I don't think that they're gonna screw up the movie. They have to make up for all the pages in the book that just describe the emotion and what-not. And they're not just adding the scenes just to make up for those pages; they're adding scenes that make sense and help the story move along. Stephenie Meyer looked over the new scenes anyway, so thats good.

Just so those who don't know better understand, the part of the video that's titled "Filmed from the ISS space station" is bogus. It's an animation depicting what they think would happen if an asteroid MILES wide hit the earth. It would likely destroy us all. However it is NOT a real picture of what happened in Canada. The meteor in Canada was likely the size of a basketball or something like that.
