@danieldedaldo I never knew of them to be racist. They come from a genre of music referred to as "Southern Rock." The confederate flag is just a way of showing your allegiance to there home state of Alabama and there style of music.

@000009879877 If you look Simple Man up on Wiki, it says that it's the other way around. Quote: "Scorpions' song "Always Somewhere" from their 1979 album Lovedrive borrows some musical elements from "Simple Man", from the main riff to the song's own pace." This would makes sence since Simple Man is from 73.

It's similar yea, but not directly the same. Oh BTW, Simple Man was released BEFORE Always Somewhere! So if anything, the Scorpions sampled it from Skynyrd.
