I would have liked to see Big Daddy Kane instead of Kanye... BUT, does anyone even remember when Kanye first came out, he was fire. I think because of his recent music endeavors, most of you are biased about him being on this track. While I do think he's the weakest link on this track, all of them had a good verse. The only reasoning i can think of that Kanye doesn't belong is that he hasn't been in the game too long. Though he is good rapper at core.

We have MANY GREAT GAMES out there but, concerning music, I'd say 2 game series: MARIO and ZELDA. Take everything from super mario bros 1, 2, 3, Mario World, Mario Sunshine, Mario Galaxy, Zelda a link to the Past, Ocarina Of Time, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess and you have some of the very best videogame songs of all time. Too many great songs from these 2 Nintendo franchises! They were (are!) PROBABLY the most important videogame franchises of all time. Gameplay, story, graphics and songs.

I know did anyone every actually beat that game. I mean when I was younger I beat every game I had, didn't matter how difficult or tedious. But I gave up on ghost and goblins. Took me like a full day just to beat the first stage. Then when you run out of continues they make you start al over!!!! WTF IS THAT SHIT. I noticed a few interesting things about this cartoon... First there's a part where traditional music is played on a guitar. Second, the story gives the impression to be based on a Nô theatre piece. Third, I can't shake the impression it's a "Chinese ghost story" avant la lettre :) In the end the weirdest thing is, that it's drawn very much in the 30's American cartoon style and it's full of anachronisms in the storyline. Very uncharacteristic in my opinion, and therefore special :)

I like this short it shows alot of work in the early stages of the film, panning to the right or leftfocus out of focus all things you would expect to find in a real life action film.
